SGS Analytics respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
We collect information you submit through the contact form (name, work email, company, message), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and analytics
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. You can decline at any time without affecting site functionality.
How we share data
Contact-form submissions are stored in our Azure tenant and used to reply to your inquiry. We do not share inquiries with third parties except hosting providers (Microsoft Azure) under their data processing terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data you submitted by emailing contact@sgsanalyticsgt.com. We respond within 30 days.
